  8. I love celebrating the Chinese New Year and have done so since I was a third grade teacher who always did a week-long China Study with my class. I adore the traditions, such as walking into the New Year after cleaning out the old. Now, my husband and I always celebrate by eating Chinese food on the New Year. Gung Hay Fat Choy!
